Sometimes life feels like too much. You might feel different from everyone else, like you’re carrying weight no one else sees, or like you’re just trying to stay sane. Maybe you’ve been hurt, let down, or stuck in the same patterns over and over. I get it. I’ve been there too.
In therapy with me, you’ll find a space where you can feel seen, heard, and understood. I provide a safe, honest, and supportive environment to explore challenges, process emotions, and gain clarity on your life. Here, you can navigate difficult experiences, work through trauma, strengthen relationships, and build practical tools for coping and growth.
